How to Reset Your ReziLink Password

If you’ve forgotten your password or need to create a new one, you can reset it quickly using the steps below.

Step 1: Go to the Login Page

Open your web browser and navigate to the ReziLink login page:

Step 2: Click “Forgot Password?”

On the login page, click the Forgot your Password? link below the sign-in form.

Step 3: Enter Your Email Address

1. Enter the email address associated with your ReziLink account
   
2. Click Email Password Reset Link

Step 4: Check Your Email

Check your inbox for an email from ReziLink with the subject line:
“Reset Password Notification”

• If you don’t see it, check your Spam or Junk folder.

• If you still can’t find it, request another reset link.

Step 5: Open the Reset Link

Click the reset link in the email. This will take you to a secure page where you can create a new password.

Step 6: Create a New Password

Enter your new password and confirm it.

• Use at least 8 characters.

• Include uppercase and lowercase letters
  

• Include at least one number
  

• Include at least one symbol (such as !, @, #, $).
  

Step 7: Log Back In

Once your password is successfully reset, return to the login page and sign in using your email and new password.

Troubleshooting Tips

• If your reset link has expired, request a new one.

• If your email is not recognized, confirm with your administrator that your account is active.
  

• if you didn't receive the email, check your Spam or Junk folder
