Updating Your Personal Information in ReziLink | Step-by-Step Guide

Updating Your Personal Information in ReziLink

Keeping your personal information up to date ensures your organization can contact you when needed. You can update your details at any time using the My Profile menu option, whether you’re on a desktop or mobile device.

Step 1: Open the My Profile Page

  • Desktop: In the left-hand side menu, click My Profile.

  • Mobile: Tap the menu icon (☰) in the top-left corner, then tap My Profile.

Step 2: Edit Your Information

On the My Profile page, you’ll see fields such as:

  • Name

  • Phone number

  • Email address

  • Desktop: Click into the field you want to update and make changes.

  • Mobile: Tap the field you want to update and make your changes.

Step 3: Save Your Changes

  • Desktop: Click the Update button at the bottom of the page.

  • Mobile: Scroll down and tap Save.


Troubleshooting

  • Can’t edit certain fields? Some information may be locked by your organization. Contact your administrator if updates are required.

  • Changes not saving? Make sure all required fields are completed before saving.
