Keeping your personal information up to date ensures your organization has the correct details to contact you. You can easily update your profile using the My Profile menu option, whether you’re on a desktop or mobile device.
Desktop: In the left-hand side menu, click My Profile.
Mobile: Tap the menu icon (☰) in the top-left corner, then tap My Profile.
On the My Profile page, you’ll see fields such as:
Name
Phone number
Email address
Desktop: Click into each field you want to update and make changes.
Mobile: Tap into the field you want to update and make changes.
Desktop: Click the Update button at the bottom of the form.
Mobile: Scroll down and tap Save.
Can’t edit certain fields? Some information may be locked by your organization. Contact your administrator if updates are required.
Changes not saving? Make sure all required fields are filled in before saving.
