Invitations Explained: Accepting Your First ReziLink Invite

Before you can log in to ReziLink, your housing organization needs to invite you. When they do, you’ll receive an email from ReziLink that includes a special link to help you set up your account.

Good to know:

  • Your invite email does not expire

  • You can come back to it later if you're not ready right away

Step-by-Step: Accepting Your Invitation

✅ Step 1: Open the Invitation Email

You’ll receive an email from ReziLink with the subject line:
"You’ve been invited to join ReziLink"

Open it and click the “Set Password” button.


✅ Step 2: Click “Set Password”

Clicking the Set Password button will take you to a page with your email already filled in.

Tip: If the button doesn’t work, you can copy and paste the link into your browser.




✅ Step 3: Request a Password Reset Link

On the page that opens, you’ll see your email address.
Click the “Email Password Reset Link” button.

ReziLink will now send you a second email.


✅ Step 4: Open the Reset Password Email

In your inbox, look for an email with the subject line:
"Reset Your ReziLink Password"

Click the “Reset Password” button in that email.


✅ Step 5: Choose a Secure Password

You’ll be taken to a page where you can set your password.

Your password must include:

  • ✅ At least 8 characters

  • ✅ At least one uppercase letter (A–Z)

  • ✅ At least one lowercase letter (a–z)

  • ✅ At least one number (0–9)

  • ✅ At least one special character (like !, @, #, $, etc.)

Enter your new password, confirm it, and click “Reset Password”.


✅ Step 6: Log In to ReziLink

After saving your password, you’ll be taken to the login screen.


Enter your email and new password to log in and start using ReziLink!


✅ Step 7: You're In! Explore Your Dashboard

Once you've logged in, you'll see your ReziLink Dashboard — this is your home base.

Enter your email and new password to log in and start using ReziLink!


Need Help?

If you didn’t receive your invitation, or if something isn’t working:

  • Check your Spam or Junk folder

  • Contact your housing organization to confirm they sent the invite
