Invitations Explained: Accepting Your First ReziLink Invite

Before you can log in to ReziLink, your housing organization must first invite you.

When they do, you will receive an email from ReziLink with a link to set up your account.

Good to know:

  • Your invite email does not expire

  • You can return to it later if you're not ready right away

Step-by-Step: Accepting Your Invitation

Step 1: Open the Invitation Email

You’ll receive an email from ReziLink with the subject line:
"You’ve been invited to join ReziLink"

Open the email and click the Set Password button. 

Tip: If the button does not work, copy and paste the link into your browser

After clicking the link:

  1. A page will open with your email already filled in
  2. Click Email Password Reset Link
ReziLink will send a second email.



Step 3: Open the Reset Password Email

Check your inbox for an email with the subject line:

"Reset Your ReziLink Password"

Click the Reset Password button in that email

Step 4: Create your Password

You will be taken to a page where you can set your password.

Your password must include:
  1. At least 8 Characters
  2. At least one uppercase letter (A-Z)
  3. At least one lowercase letter (a-z)
  4. At least one number (0-9)
  5. At least one special character (such a !, @, #, $)
Enter your new password, confirm it, and click Reset Password

After setting you password, you'll be taken to the login screen

Enter your email and new password to login

Step 6: Accessing Your Dashboard

Once logged in, you'll see your ReziLink Dashboard

This is your main home page where you can access your information, forms, and updates

  1. Check your Spam or Junk folder for emails
  2. Make sure you are using the correct email address
  3. contact your housing organization to confirm your invitation was sent
