The Files tab in your profile lets you access important documents and upload files when required. Follow the steps below on desktop or mobile.
Desktop: In the left-hand side menu, click My Profile.
Mobile: Tap the menu icon (☰) in the top-left corner, then tap My Profile.
Desktop: Once the My Profile page has loaded, click the Files tab at the top of the page.
Mobile: On the My Profile page, open the page selector dropdown (usually labeled “Personal Info”) and select Files.
The Files tab displays all documents available to you.
Desktop: Browse the list and click a file name to open it.
Mobile: Tap a file name from the list to open it directly.
If your organization has enabled uploads, you’ll see an Upload File(s) button.
Desktop: Click Upload File(s).
Mobile: Tap Upload File, then select a file from your device (e.g., photos, PDFs).
This will open a modal window with a file input.
Reminder
Before uploading, please review the following:
- Only upload files that are requested or relevant
- Avoid including personal information (such as Social Insurance Numbers or banking details) unless specifically required
- Your organization will be able to access all uploaded files
File limits and types
- Maximum file size: 10 MB
Allowed file types:
- Images: .jpeg, .png, .gif, .webp, .svg
- Documents: .pdf, .docx
- Spreadsheets: .xlsx
- Text files: .txt, .csv
All uploaded files are automatically scanned for malware to help keep your information safe
Be sure to review this carefully before continuing.
Click or tap the Choose File(s) button.
Select the file(s) from your device.
Click or tap Upload File(s) to complete the upload.
After uploading, a success message will appear, and your files will be added to the Files tab.
Don’t see the Upload button? Your organization may not file uploads.
File not uploading? Make sure the file is under 10 MB and is a supported file type.
Uploaded by mistake? Contact your administrator to request removal.
