The Files tab in your profile lets you access important documents and upload files. Follow the steps below on desktop or mobile.
Desktop: In the left-hand side menu, click My Profile.
Mobile: Tap the menu icon (☰) in the top-left corner, then tap My Profile.
Desktop: Once on the My Profile page, click the Files tab at the top of the page.
Mobile: On the My Profile page, open the page selector dropdown (usually labeled with “Personal Info” by default) and select Files.
The Files tab displays all documents available to you.
Desktop: Browse the list and click a file name to open it.
Mobile: Tap a file name from the list to open it directly.
If your organization has enabled uploads, you’ll see an Upload File(s) button.
Desktop: Click Upload File, then choose a file from your computer.
Mobile: Tap Upload File, then select a file from your device (e.g., photos, PDFs).
This will open a modal window with a file input.
Reminder
When uploading documents, please only share files that are relevant or requested by your organization. Avoid including sensitive personal details (like Social Insurance Numbers or banking information) unless specifically required. This helps keep your information secure and organized. Please note that your organization will have access to all uploaded documents.⚠️ Maximum file size is 10 MB. Allowed file types include:

Be sure to review this carefully before continuing.
Click or tap the Choose File(s) button in the modal to select files from your computer or mobile device.
Once files are selected, click or tap the Upload File(s) button in the modal to complete the upload.
A success message will appear, and your new file will be listed.
Don’t see the Upload button? Your organization may not allow uploads.
File not uploading? Make sure your file size is less than 10 MB.
Uploaded by mistake? Contact your administrator to request removal.
